• James Howard, and the rest of his team were punctual, polite, and clearly explained what they wanted to do. When problems arose because of the layout of the house they endeavoured to work around them as best as they could and communicated with us what they were doing. Although British workmen have garnered a bad reputation in recent years, James and his colleagues are an exception.
  
  My wife and I are in proud possession of a brand new kitchen which does exactly what we want of it and looks better than we could have imagined.
  
  We would have no problem in recommending James to our friends and family, not just on cost, or on service, or on fitting, but as a complete package.

• Just a note to say a big thank you for our brilliant new kitchen. We are delighted with it, and it has been given great signs of envy and approval by all our visitors.
  
  The workmanship by James was excellent, and he is to be congratulated for his friendly but professional manner, his attention to detail and the finish of the final product.
  
  Also, we were most impressed with the representatives of the firm making the worktops, and the worktops and the window sills themselves; the latter make admirable companions to your units.
  
  Whereas there was the odd hiccup, which is only to be expected in a job of this size, overall from initial design to completion, the work went according to plan with the final kitchen exceeding our expectations.
